These terms apply when you use the Closet Verdict website, private closet and human-assisted wardrobe decision service.
The service
Closet Verdict helps you organize wardrobe items and think through styling or purchase decisions. Some guidance may combine software, AI-generated material and human review. Features, response times and availability may change as the service evolves.
Photos and information you submit
You keep ownership of your photos and other content. You give Closet Verdict permission to store and process that content only as needed to operate your private closet, prepare your requested result, remember an optional private style reference, provide support, prevent abuse and improve the service. Do not upload content you do not have permission to use.
Photos of other people
Only upload another person's photo with their permission. A face is optional. Do not upload images of children or sensitive images. You are responsible for making sure the person understands how the photo will be used.
Results are guidance
AI previews and wardrobe suggestions are approximate decision aids. They may help assess color, style and overall impression, but they do not guarantee real-world fit, sizing, fabric behavior, product quality or appearance. Check retailer information and use your own judgment before buying, returning or wearing an item.
Accounts and private links
Passwordless sign-in links and private closet links provide access to your information. Keep them secure and do not share them publicly. Contact us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access.
Pricing
Each plan displays its price, included usage and renewal terms before purchase. A free plan does not enroll you in a paid subscription. Paid subscriptions and one-time credit packs are handled by Stripe.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate another person's privacy or rights, upload unlawful or harmful material, probe private systems, automate abusive traffic or interfere with other users.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the service available and useful, but it is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or a particular outcome. To the extent permitted by law, Closet Verdict is not responsible for indirect loss arising from reliance on styling guidance or third-party products and services.
Privacy, deletion and changes
Our Privacy Notice explains data use and deletion. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion. We may update these terms as the service changes; the effective date above will show the latest version.
