Fit check · Updated 2026-10-20
What should I compare before buying trousers online?
Compare waist, rise, thigh, inseam and hem with trousers that already fit. A tapered or wide-leg product photo describes the silhouette, not whether the selected size has enough room for your body.
What to compare
- Waist. Compare garment measurements at the same rise position.
- Rise. A different rise changes where the waistband sits and how the crotch feels.
- Thigh. Check actual garment width; the hem shape does not predict thigh room.
- Length. Match inseam and intended shoes, especially for wide hems.
What this cannot prove
- A product image cannot confirm body measurements or comfort.
- Brand labels are not interchangeable; use the current product chart and return policy.
